My experience with the Citrus Memorial Physical Therapy department was amazing; from the front desk staff to Emily (the manager) and my physical therapist, Lynn Nettles, who refused to give up on me when I was ready to give up on me. She researched different exercises to fix my knees and saved me from having to get surgery. Lynn is so compassionate, caring, witty, and excellent at her job! Not too many physical therapists actually do the exercises with their patients – but she did them with me every day for the duration of my treatment.
One thing that really stands out is while I was lying on the table receiving my ice therapy she actually read to me. She read The Tale of Mr. Jeremy Fisher because she knew I loved frogs! She showed me how to do the exercises so that I could continue the progress after my discharge. She went above and beyond what her job was and I cannot thank her enough. Who else would offer such great service but her and the physical therapy staff? You guys are so wonderful and saved me from surgery and so much more! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
