Delivery Times
Email is delivered Monday through Friday each week. Email received by noon will be delivered the same day. Please note that we can not deliver email to patients who have been discharged and we are not able to send confirmation that the patient has read the email that they received.
Privacy
We at Citrus Memorial Hospital try to maintain the highest degree of patient confidentiality as possible however we make no such guarantees with regard to email sent through this system. We highly discourage sending information that may be regarded as confidential or private. Email will be hand delivered to the patients room in a sealed envelope.
Note that email messages containing questionable content, vendor solicitations or other inappropriate material will not be delivered and will be removed from our system.
