Chocolate Peanut Butter Popcorn

1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips                            3 Tbsp natural smooth peanut butter

1 Tbsp trans fat free butter                                      4 cups air popped popcorn

½ cup powdered sugar

  1. Microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in a 2 cup glass measure, uncovered on HIGH for 3 seconds. Stir.  Microwave another 30 seconds until mixture is smooth.  Pour mixture over popcorn, stirring until evenly coated.  Transfer coated popcorn to 1 gallon, resealable storage bag.
  2. Add powdered sugar, seal bag.  Shake until well coated.  Spread onto waxed paper to cool.  Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

 

Makes 6 servings (2/3 cup per serving)
