Mango Smoothie

2 cups frozen mango cubes

2 containers, 6 oz light vanilla yogurt

¾ cup orange juice

1 tsp vanilla (optional

Juice of ½ lime

Pinch salt

Place all ingredients in the food processor blender.  Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth.  Serve immediately in dessert, wine or champagne glasses.
