Strawberry-Topped Waffles with Sweet Cream Sauce

Strawberry-Topped Waffles with Sweet Cream Sauce
3 ounces reduced fat cream cheese
¼ cup fat free half and half
3 packets sugar substitute
¼ teaspoon vanilla
4 frozen waffles
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries (or other fruit)
1. Combine cream cheese, half and half, sugar substitute and vanilla in blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Toast waffles. Spoon sauce over waffles, top with strawberries.
4 servings (1 waffle, 2 tbsp sauce, ¼ cup strawberries.
