Sweet and Tangy Onions

2 cups frozen small whole onions                                              

2 Tbsp honey

2 Tbsp white wine vinegar                                                         

1 tsp dried basil, crushed

¼ tsp. ground sage

  1. Cook frozen onions according to package directions, drain.
  2. In same saucepan, combine honey, vinegar, basil and sage.  Add onions.  Cook and stir until onions are glazed and heated through.


Makes 4 servings.
