9/11 Memorial Stair Climb
Bring the family to this touching event at Citrus Memorial to honor the 343 firefighters who perished at the World Trade Center towers in 2001. Following a moment of silence at 9:06am, firefighters wearing the names of fallen firefighters will climb 110 floors to raise money for the National Fallen Firefighter Foundation. Citrus County Fire Rescue will also have an engine, brush truck, tech rescue and hazmat unit on site for future-firefighters to learn about.
