Tampa, FL – Citrus Memorial Hospital recently announced the appointment of Caroline Stewart, MBA, MSN, RN as Chief Nursing Officer.
“Caroline brings with her a wealth of knowledge related to nursing,” said Ralph Aleman, Chief Executive Officer of Citrus Memorial Hospital. “We’re excited to have her join our senior management team where she will play a key role in the organization.”
Stewart joins Citrus Memorial with more than 20 years of nursing leadership experience. She comes most recently from West Houston Medical Center where she served as Associate Chief Nursing Officer. In this role, she had administrative responsibility for medical and surgical care, senior care, education and women’s services. During her tenure, the hospital saw an increase in both patient satisfaction and quality ratings.
She received her Bachelor of Science, Nursing degree and Masters of Science, Nursing Administration from University of Texas Health Science Center before obtaining her Masters of Business Administration from Texas Women’s University. Stewart is also a graduate of HCA’s leadership development program in nursing.
